Collaborate with Finance to generate monthly invoices per SOW terms
Track lifecycle of agreements to drive SOW/PO signatures
Primary contact for AR questions on client invoices and credit memos
Resolve invoicing issues (PO discrepancies, rejections, data gaps)
Partner with Shared Service, Treasury and Commercial Finance on payments/collections
Understand client AR status and escalate with Finance as needed

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or 2+ years AR experience
NetSuite experience preferred
Proficiency with Excel, the Office suite, and Google Sheets/Tools
Strong communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Experience working remotely
