📋 Description

• End-to-end billing, collections and cash application across regions.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and timely collection of balances.
• Resolve billing inquiries and subscription discrepancies.
• Manage delinquent invoices and support credit holds.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Accounting and Order Management.
• Maintain audit-ready records and cross-geography compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in billing, AR, or collections with global exposure.
• Proficient in English.
• Ability to process high-volume data in a fast-paced env.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Salesforce and Oracle.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
