Accounts Receivable Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day AR team operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Review and approve AR invoices, credit memos, and payments across clients
• Reconcile client passthrough spend across channels
• Manage month-end close with journal entries and reconciliations
• Maintain internal controls for accurate financial reporting
• Lead and mentor a team of three direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• At least six years of General Ledger accounting experience
• At least three years of managerial experience
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in NetSuite
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and current accounting trends
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Accounting, Finance, or related field
