- Oversee daily AR operations across B2B, B2C, subscriptions, high-volume customers.
- Reconcile cash ledgers with bank statements; approve month-end postings.
- Lead and mentor the AR/Cash team, providing guidance and performance management.
- Manage invoicing, collections, and cash application; improve cycle times.
- Monitor AR aging and drive proactive collections.
- Collaborate with Sales/Accounts/Customer Success to resolve billing disputes.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent a plus.
- Minimum 5 years AR experience with at least 2 years supervisory.
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition, collections, and cash flow; optimize DSO and aging.
- Ability to lead teams and build cross-functional relationships.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel; Workday knowledge a plus.
- Analytical, organized, and strong communicator; able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
