🎯 Requirements

- 5+ years AR experience, including 2+ in supervision
- Strong revenue recognition, collections, cash flow; optimize DSO and aging
- Lead teams and build cross-functional relationships
- ERP proficiency; advanced Excel; Workday knowledge a plus
- Analytical, organized, and proactive with continuous improvement focus
