Establish relations with customers to collect payment while meeting quarterly targets
Resolve collection disputes using leverage to influence payment
Develop strategies for escalated disputes and non-responsive customers
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support timely payment
Review amounts recommended to be uncollectible
Manage reconciliation of accounts and customer records

🎯 Requirements

Understanding of billing, collections and receivable procedures
Proficient in MS Excel
Experience with Zuora, Zendesk, NetSuite, and Salesforce
Open communication: clearly conveys thoughts, verbally and in writing
Collaboration and teamwork: works with others to deliver results
Customer focus: proactively helps customers meet their needs
