- Monitor AR aging and proactively contact customers regarding outstanding balances.
- Apply customer payments daily, ensuring accurate matching and resolving discrepancies.
- Communicate with customers to resolve basic billing questions or route issues to internal teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Legal to ensure billing accuracy.
- Support monthly close activities by preparing AR schedules, reconciliations, and journal entries.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (desired)
- 1-3 years of AR/accounting experience
- Basic understanding of GAAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce (ERP)
- Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
