Accounts Receivable and Collections Representative

📋 Description

• Maintain current and accurate accounts receivable information for Esri customers.
• Work in a fast-paced, collaborative Finance and Accounting team.
• Onsite at the Redlands, CA campus.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in collections/account management.
• Strong communication across phone, email, and MS Teams with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.
• Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.
• Experience in corporate collections.
