- Serve as the main contact between service offices and the support offices to communicate overall revenue cycle performance.
- Perform quarterly reviews of billing and collections performance (KPIs and receivables health).
- Prepare monthly reports and ad hoc analyses as needed.
- Monitor AR reports to identify potential issues and trends.
- Settle AR/billing issues and respond to payer inquiries as needed.
- Coordinate with intake, verification, authorizations, billing, and collections teams.
🎯 Requirements
- Four-year college degree.
- Two years of healthcare/home health/business experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building.
- Track record of goal achievement and performance.
- Experience with creating and interpreting financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint; BI cubes.
