🎯 Requirements

4-5 years in financial operations/billing, or 3+ years in customer service with a related degree.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving ability; can work independently and analyze data.
GSuite, Salesforce, MS Office; experience with contracts and large data sets.
Ability to analyze information from multiple data sources to determine actions.
Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
