Manage B2B customer portfolio and reduce delinquent accounts globally
Deliver invoices and collect past due payments
Respond to inquiries about invoices, payments, discrepancies, and contracts via electronic or Zoom
Collaborate with the finance team to improve billings and collections processes and controls

🎯 Requirements

1+ year AR and portfolio management experience
Excellent English verbal and written communication; interpersonal skills
Proactive self-starter who analyzes and resolves complex issues
Proven ability to meet cash targets and close deadlines
Adheres to processes with creative problem solving
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Experience with NetSuite
Software or SaaS collections experience
