  • Own end-to-end AP operations: invoices, three-way matching, coding, approvals, and payments.
  • Lead T&E program: corporate cards, expense policy enforcement, expense reviews, reimbursements.
  • Scale processes: scalable workflows, automation (OCR, AI matching), and integrations.
  • Vendor management: relationships, term discounts, dispute resolution, 1099 reporting.
  • Month-end close reporting & analysis; mentor AP/T&E staff as we scale.
  • CAS & government compliance: ensure CAS/DCAA readiness and FAR/CAS travel rules.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in AP & T&E; 3–4 years in management; gov contracting exp preferred.
  • Systems & automation: hands-on with AP/T&E tools (NetSuite, Ramp, Concur, etc.).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Skills: strong project and change management; analytical, organized; thrives in fast-paced, compliant startup.
  • Leadership: proven success building or scaling an AP/T&E team.
