Accounts Payable Specialist II

📋 Description

• Serve as liaison to offshore AP team to resolve invoice, supplier, and payment issues.
• Own key aspects of full-cycle AP and cross-functional onboarding, processing payments.
• Monitor and uphold global AP policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Use AI-enabled AP tools to identify exceptions and prioritize remediation.
• Leverage AI to summarize AP trends and draft stakeholder communications.
• Partner with systems and business teams on testing, design, and AI workflow enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a fast-paced global environment.
• Strong knowledge of P2P processes, AP controls, and tax/VAT requirements.
• Experience with 1099 processing and reporting.
• Clear communicator with a collaborative, customer-first approach.
• Experience supporting month-end close and audit requests.
• Comfortable using systems, data, and AI-enabled tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
