📋 Description

  • Manage the accounts payable function (coding, processing, reporting) weekly.
  • Record and review invoices for documentation and approval prior to payment.
  • Prepare weekly wire transfers via online banking portals.
  • Review and process credit card bills and expense reports.
  • Record daily cash in the general ledger; reconcile cash accounts.
  • Prepare analyses of cash receipts and disbursements; assist cash forecasts.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Accounting/Finance preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years AP or bookkeeping experience.
  • Excellent computer skills; Excel proficiency a plus.
  • Mineraltree experience or electronic bill paying systems a plus.
  • Sage Intacct familiarity; other accounting software a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; hands-on, detail-oriented; able to multi-task.
