📋 Description

• Own end-to-end AP ops for Direct Procurement.
• Resolve complex exceptions, payment holds, and close blockers.
• Build and scale Direct AP foundations for 3-way match.
• Improve cycle time, first-pass yield, and on-time payments.
• Maintain strong controls: SOX, audit readiness, and segregation.
• Drive automation and system improvements across ERP/AP workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in direct spend or supply chain at scale.
• Hands-on AP ops with ERP and procurement tools.
• Strong stakeholder mgmt with exec escalations.
• Process and controls mindset; drive automation.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion, Zip, Navan, VNDLY, Jira.
• Experience partnering with BPOs and managing SLAs.
