Accounts Payable Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end AP ops: invoices, payments, vendor setup, and exceptions.
• Lead and manage a hybrid AP model, overseeing outsourced partners.
• Design, document, and maintain scalable AP processes and SOX controls.
• Serve as internal escalation point for AP issues and vendor inquiries.
• Ensure accurate AP activity, including proper coding, approvals, and cutoffs.
• Drive process improvements and automation to boost efficiency and data quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years in AP or accounting operations with ownership.
• Strong AP internal controls, approvals, documentation, and audit knowledge.
• Experience managing a shared services or outsourced AP model.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with Netsuite, FloQast, Ramp, Zip, and Concur.
