• performing accounts payable duties across all entities within the Group
\n
• processing invoices for the Group
\n
• acting as the finance point of contact for all invoice, expense and payment queries
\n
• reconciling the accounts payable ledger
\n
• invoice matching in Bank
\n
• automating of AP processes to aid accuracy, payment on time and smoother Month End Close
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• 3 years of proven working experience in an accounts payable function within a fast-paced environment
\n
• working independently and owning end-to-end processes, an entrepreneurial approach
\n
• understanding of accounting payable and bookkeeping principles
\n
• ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
\n
• hands-on experience with spreadsheets, and accounting software
\n
• NetSuite experience
\n
