Accounts Payable Manager

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day AP across multiple entities, incl. invoices and payments.
• Lead AP operations: processing invoices, payment runs, GL entries, reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and policy compliance; cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain US GAAP and SOX controls in AP activities.
• Drive process improvements and automation in AP.
• Serve as primary AP contact for vendors and internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Procurement/AP; 1+ year in lead/supervisor.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• ERP systems experience (SAP preferred); MS Office; Concur/Coupa.
• US GAAP and SOX/internal controls.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Word/PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their capabilities.
