- Lead and oversee the global Accounts Payable function across 50+ countries.
- Manage and develop a team of 10 FTEs with KPIs and a service culture.
- Drive process improvement and automation across the end-to-end A/P cycle.
- Support rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in A/P.
- Define and analyze metrics (cycle time, backlog, aging) to cut bottlenecks.
- Partner with Finance, Operations and regional stakeholders for compliance.
🎯 Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 7+ years in Accounts Payable or Finance, incl. team leadership.
- Experience in multi-country or international environments.
- Hands-on ERP experience; Dynamics 365 BC a plus.
- Strong process improvement, automation mindset, analytical.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
