Accounts Payable Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee global Accounts Payable across 50+ countries.
• Ensure standardized, scalable, compliant A/P processes.
• Manage and develop a team of 10 FTEs; set objectives and KPIs.
• Drive process improvements and automation across the end-to-end A/P cycle.
• Support rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in A/P.
• Define, track, and analyze key metrics (cycle time, backlog, aging).

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 7+ years in Accounts Payable or Finance with leadership.
• Experience in multi-country or international environments.
• Hands-on ERP systems; Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
• Process improvement and automation mindset with analytical skills.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
