📋 Description

  • Manage bank accounts across the group; post and reconcile.
  • Ensure payments are made per policy and vendor terms.
  • Manage and maintain purchase ledger; handle supplier queries.
  • Process invoices promptly; resolve invoicing issues with suppliers and internal.
  • Post and reconcile company credit cards and employee expenses.
  • Build supplier relationships; perform regular statement reconciliations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Self-motivated; works independently and in a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar role preferable.
  • Excel and Google Sheets; VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
