Accounts Payable Associate

📋 Description

• Timely input of AP invoices and EFT payments.
• Prepare AP register and weekly check settlements.
• Distribute checks to Group Controllers or designees.
• Review expense reports for proper coding and payment.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely payments.
• Support annual audits and compliance reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year college degree.
• 3-5 years related accounting experience.
• Healthcare/home care experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented; able to handle multiple assignments.
• Basic PC skills (MS Office, etc).
