Support AP across Sage Intacct: invoicing, approvals, payments; SAP Concur oversight
Maintain vendor records in Sage Intacct: W-9s, tax IDs, payment terms
Respond to inquiries on vendor payments, invoices, onboarding
Assist month-end/year-end close: accruals and reconciliations
Prepare and post journal entries as needed
Assist with quarterly reviews and annual audits with documentation

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of experience in a similar role
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent oral and written communication skills
