Accounting Success Manager I

📋 Description

• Build and nurture relationships with Controllers, Accounting Managers, CFOs, and IT in mid-market accounts.
• Provide consultative solutions: product assistance, training, and tailored close-management guidance.
• Respond to client inquiries, provide product training, and run Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product/Engineering, Sales, Leadership, and Professional Services.
• Manage renewals and drive growth: renewals strategy and pipeline expansion with Sales and Account Management.
• Travel up to 30% to customer sites.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience.
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to travel up to 30%.
