  • Build long-term relationships with key mid-market stakeholders (Controllers, CFOs, IT).
  • Provide consultative solutions, training, and product help to improve client close management.
  • Respond to client inquiries, train users, and schedule QBRs.
  • Collaborate with Product/Engineering, Sales, Leadership, and Professional Services.
  • Advocate for clients by feeding product feedback to Product/Engineering.
  • Manage renewals with Account Management to maximize retention.

🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business Admin, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
