- Guide NA hotel clients through full onboarding (COA mapping, tax setup)
- Translate client processes into a Cloudbeds setup
- Support integrations with QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, and M3
- Troubleshoot discrepancies and integration issues with clients
- Serve as internal expert on NA hospitality accounting practices and US GAAP
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay feedback
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of hotel/hospitality accounting experience
- Experience integrating PMS with accounting/ERP (QuickBooks, NetSuite, M3)
- Strong US GAAP knowledge for North American hotel clients
- Strong customer-facing communication with NA hotel clients
- Availability to work North American business hours (US EST/PST)
- CPA or equivalent accounting certification is a strong plus
