🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in hotel/hospitality accounting
- Experience configuring or integrating PMS with ERP software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, M3)
- Deep knowledge of LATAM tax and e-invoicing rules
- Strong customer-facing communication via phone and video
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus
- Comfort with SaaS platforms and rapid tool adoption
