Accounting Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Administer procurement and vendor workflows across Ramp and Levelpath with accuracy.
• Manage vendor records and W-9/W-8 docs to support internal controls.
• Support vendor onboarding, renewals, and governance across cross-functional teams.
• Review and process invoices aligning with established approval workflows.
• Coordinate payroll preparation with HR and external providers.
• Administer expense management in Expensify including policy enforcement.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years in accounting operations, finance operations, procurement, or payroll support.
• Experience with Ramp, Expensify, Levelpath, Workday or similar tools.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows with accuracy and timeliness.
• Experience with internal controls and structured processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
