Accounting Manager - LEC

📋 Description

• Build and lead the International Accounting Controllership team at SDC.
• Manage monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations and reporting.
• Implement new systems and tools to scale global finance ops.
• Coordinate with board to approve financial statements.
• Oversee indirect tax filings, cash flow forecasts, intercompany and audits.
• Develop scalable ICFR/SOX/GFS processes for global growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Big 4 exposure to audit, accounting and risk reviews.
• 10-14+ years of relevant public accounting and/or industry.
• Led accounting teams in multi-location, multicultural environments.
• M.Com in Accounting or Finance; CA/CPA strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with large data sets.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or STEM; MBA preferred.
