Accounting Manager LATAM

📋 Description

• LATAM operations: manage accounting for the group's LATAM entities and ensure local compliance.
• Closing and reporting: close monthly/annual accounts and estimate provisions.
• Process implementation: implement new accounting processes to scale operations across the Atlantic.
• Internal controls: develop controls; assist audits; LATAM compliance lead.
• Projects: contribute to ad-hoc projects such as Navision ERP and tool optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA / Contador Público; Tarjeta Profesional (Colombia) or CPC (Mexico) preferred.
• 2-3 years of Big Four experience; 1+ year as Accounting Manager or Supervisor.
• Experience managing or auditing LATAM accounting operations; deep knowledge of local regulations.
• Languages: English (professional) and Spanish (native/bilingual).
• Tech: Excel; Navision (Microsoft Dynamics) or similar ERPs.
