🎯 Requirements
- CPA required
- 6+ years in Finance/Accounting, with 2+ in leadership
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
- SOX 404 implementation and ongoing documentation
- M&A integration and international entity expansion
