Accounting Manager - Fixed Assets and Leases

📋 Description

• Lead fixed asset and lease accounting for $1.5B+ assets and $500M+ ROU across 15+ locations.
• Oversee CIP accounting for $200M+ in GPU deployments and data center builds.
• Ensure accurate depreciation and reconcile fixed asset subledger to GL.
• Manage ASC 842 lease accounting, including ROU asset and liability calculations and reassessments.
• Partner with engineering, procurement, and legal teams to validate deployment milestones and cost allocations.
• Drive process improvements and ERP integration for asset tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years of accounting experience with fixed assets and leases.
• Experience managing large fixed asset/lease portfolios ($2B+ preferred).
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP fixed asset accounting and ASC 842.
• CIP and capital project accounting experience.
• ERP systems and fixed asset management modules proficiency.
