Manage the general ledger; ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, year-end closes.
Assist in SEC filings, including 10-K and 10-Q.
Oversee reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
Support internal and external audits with documentation and explanations.
Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Review SOX internal controls and train junior staff.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA license.
2-3 years of public accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
Proficient in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and BI Tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
