Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with FP&A, Legal, Tax, and ops to ensure proper accounting.
• Research, document, and present technical accounting positions; resolve issues with external auditors.
• Maintain accounting policies and procedures across the business.
• Build scalable reconciliation frameworks for month-end close, audits, and regulatory needs.
• Prepare GAAP financial statements for year-end audit; analyze revenue contracts for ASC 606.
• Drive automation and efficiency in manual close processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory requirements across LATAM, EMEA, APAC.
• Proven ability to build automated processes for large datasets and complex reconciliations.
• Experience leveraging AI for process automation, technical research, and memo preparation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a remote-first, high-growth environment.
