Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead month-end and year-end close, ensuring accurate, timely financials.
• Oversee daily accounting ops, internal controls, AP, and reporting.
• Drive process improvements to optimize efficiency and workflows.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams on financial goals.
• Manage vendor setup, invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Lead the accounting team, coaching and prioritizing for execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA a plus.
• 7-10+ years in accounting, 2+ years leading month-end close; SaaS/startup preferred.
• Lead internal/external audits; ASC 606 experience.
• QBO, Ramp; Excel; Salesforce, HubSpot.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
