Review and approve fixed asset transactions and journal entries for month-end close
Collaborate to standardize fixed asset tagging across 3 sites
Review monthly/quarterly/annual fixed asset roll forwards
Prepare explanations for monthly flux analyses
Lead fixed asset roadmap and cross-functional process improvements
Serve as primary auditor liaison for fixed asset inquiries

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of professional accounting experience with high-volume fixed assets
Technical understanding of fixed asset accounting under GAAP
Leadership, communication, and ability to manage competing priorities
Advanced Excel skills (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables)
Infor LN ERP experience (nice-to-have)
