Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead monthly and quarterly close for the U.S. entity.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analyses.
• Support U.S. GAAP policies and technical accounting memos.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead automation and system improvements.
• Develop and maintain internal controls over financial reporting.
• Support the preparation of audited financial statements and disclosures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 6+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Big 4 or large public accounting firm experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Experience with multi-state sales tax preferred.
