Prepare FOCUS filings including net capital and customer reserves.
Maintain broker-dealer GL; run month-end close and reconciliations.
Monitor aggregate indebtedness and net capital; alert CFO.
Support Stock Loan/Stock Borrow reporting; P&L and liquidity.
Manage digital asset accounting; MTM valuations and custodial reconciliations.
Reconcile on-chain/off-chain positions; support lending, repo, collateral accounting.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred.
3–6 years accounting exp; broker-dealer/financial services exposure.
Knowledge of SEC Rules 15c3-1 and 15c3-3, FINRA reporting, FOCUS.
Proficient in US GAAP financial reporting.
Strong Excel skills; experience with GL systems.
Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
