- Lead monthly close and related workpapers (prepayments, leases, fixed assets, accruals).
- Review and approve monthly journal entries and reconciliations.
- Present monthly/quarterly flux analyses to internal stakeholders.
- Support SEC financial reporting processes and related activities.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
- Lead and mentor a small team (4-5 FTEs) and drive process improvements.
🎯 Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (preferred) / MBA - Finance with 8-10 years experience
- Proficient in US GAAP Accounting for US or multinational companies
- Working knowledge of SAP and Oracle Financial System
- Good knowledge of SOX controls
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage a small team of 4-5 FTEs while handling high-priority tasks
