Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and manage a small accounting team with guidance and oversight
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AR and AP
• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for accuracy and timeliness
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting outputs
• Prepare and organize audit deliverables and support external audits
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and accounting standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting is required
• CPA or path to CPA is a plus
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus
• Prior experience managing or mentoring a team (including offshore teams is a plus)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
