Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end accounting for Toast's India entities.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Ensure accurate financial statements and compliance.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity with reconciliations and accruals.
• Lead audits, regulatory filings, and cross-functional work.
• Mentor a 3-person accounting team and drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) or equivalent; CA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience including entity-level accounting.
• Strong working knowledge of Ind AS and Indian statutory requirements.
• Prior experience leading or managing a small accounting team.
• Experience with month-end close, audits, and financial reporting.
• Experience with NetSuite (ERP) and strong Excel skills.
