Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee month-end close; review expense, AP, lease entries, intercompany
• Review account reconciliations with supporting evidence
• Manage vendor onboarding/offboarding and AP in Coupa
• Maintain T&E policy; Navan SME; primary contact for inquiries
• Assist with audits and regulatory filings
• Liaise with accounting vendors Numeric and Navan; KPI reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred
• Big 4 or large firm experience preferred
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Strong GL and accounting ops; intl subsidiaries a plus
• NetSuite experience; Numeric/Navan a plus
• Analytical, detail-oriented; cross-functional collaborator
