Oversee daily accounting operations for shared services; ensure timely, accurate deliverables
Review balance sheet reconciliations across Americas entities
Preparing monthly trend analysis
Oversee month-end close; GL management and adjustments
Ensure intercompany reconciliations; transfer pricing and FX adjustments
Prepare weekly regional cash flow forecasts

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of relevant accounting experience; 2+ years in a similar role
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with finance-related major
CPA or public accounting experience preferred
Experience leading a team
ERP software experience highly desirable
Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
Knowledge of key accounting standards; project-based industries (construction preferred)
