Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Manage the company's accounting operations and ensure financial integrity.
• Oversee cash flow, payroll, AR/AP, tax reporting, billing, and audit preparation.
• Support collections, contract administration, and WIP forecasting.
• Serve as a key liaison between leadership and financial data.
• Maintain relationships with external CPAs and meet reporting deadlines.
• Delegate tactical tasks to enable strategic planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience managing payroll, AR/AP, and tax reporting.
• Proficient in ERP systems and financial software.
• Analytical thinker with strong communication skills.
• Ability to forecast WIP and support audits.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
