Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee global payroll and employee cost accounting.
• Ensure accurate payroll recording, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Lead month-end close and reporting for employee costs.
• Oversee international payroll providers and multi-country processes.
• Manage employee benefit programs accounting across regions.
• Manage and review PTO accruals and related liabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (required).
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience; payroll/benefits/reimbursements/PTO accruals.
• Experience in multi-entity or multi-country environments; global payroll.
• Hands-on ERP/payroll systems experience; NetSuite and Rippling preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
