- Drive the month end close process for NEO Home Loans, our distributed retail segment.
- Analyze and communicate results for management reporting with partners.
- Create and review journal entries in the GL and supporting schedules.
- Ensure proper GL, cost centers, and loan-level allocations including revenue, third-party fees, and commissions.
- Implement accounting processes for new NEO products or initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
🎯 Requirements
- Degree in accounting, business or finance.
- 6+ years of accounting experience.
- At least 1 year of management experience.
- CPA license preferred or CPA eligible.
- Experience working with NetSuite.
- Mortgage or financial services industry experience preferred.
