Take ownership of the monthly close process with accurate closings.
Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations for multiple entities.
Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury management.
Analyze account fluctuations monthly and ad-hoc.
Identify automation opportunities within accounting/finance to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with mid-office, procurement, and FP&A for timely reporting.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA certification preferred
5+ years of experience in the financial services or technology industry
Series 27 and broker-dealer regulatory reporting a plus
Experience with Workday preferred
High proficiency in Excel; AI tools experience a plus
Strong attention to detail and communication at all levels
