Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Own and support the month-end close across key accounting areas.
• Oversee Accounts Payable: invoicing, approvals, vendor management, controls.
• Partner with Payroll and People Ops for payroll processing.
• Manage daily/weekly cash activity, forecasting, reconciliations.
• Oversee Expensify administration, reimbursements, and card reconciliations.
• Prepare and review journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years of progressive accounting experience with month-end close.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and core accounting principles.
• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Experience managing Accounts Payable and supporting payroll processes.
• Experience with cash reconciliations, expense management, and workflows.
• Strong month-end close experience with attention to detail.
