Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle accounting including AP/AR/collections and cash management
• Execute month-end close and maintain accurate general ledger
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with schedules
• Ensure US GAAP compliance and document accounting policies
• Manage QuickBooks and evaluate/implement a new ERP as the company scales
• Develop scalable processes and internal controls to support growth

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive accounting; 2–3 years as Accounting Manager or similar
• Big 4 audit experience with strong GAAP/financial reporting
• Detail-oriented with a track record of accurate financial statements
• Sole accounting resource; able to work independently
• Hands-on with full accounting cycle: month-end close, reconciliations, statements
• Proficient in QuickBooks; advanced Excel/Google Sheets; ASC 606 knowledge
