Accounting Lead

📋 Description

• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, cash management, banking, treasury.
• Coordinate with third-party accounting support for Culdesac.
• Manage daily financial operations and cash forecasting.
• Maintain Ramp; code bills, approvals, and timely payments.
• Review invoices across projects and corporate.
• Prepare lender draws and lender reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in real estate or 3+ years in finance.
• Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
• Experience with Ramp, NetSuite, Entrata, Yardi.
• Prepare lender draws and financial statements.
• Strong cash management and banking relationships.
• Ability to leverage Claude, MCP AI tools to automate workflows.
